God’s Plan A to reach the world is YOU, there is no Plan B! One of the most fulfilling and significant things you can do in this world is to make a difference in someone’s life through volunteering. Life change happens when individuals put aside their needs and are concerned about the needs of others. Jesus was our greatest example of servanthood when He took the time and went about His life serving others. Now we have this opportunity to change a life and transform the world with love through volunteering. Here at Transformation Church, we have multiple ways that you can Get Involved and start using your gifts, talents, and abilities to serve God by serving others.
Our volunteers, also known as “Transformers,” are the heart and soul of Transformation Church. The Pastors and the people partner together to accomplish our mission of helping people far from God become fully devoted followers of Jesus. At TC we have created a culture of service where the congregation are contributors and not just consumers. We give our regular attenders the opportunity to get involved immediately. We believe that God gives everyone gifts and talents to use not only outside the local church but inside the local church. We desire to see everyone use those gifts and mature in faith. Here is a list of Transformation Re-Open Teams.
During our reopening and beyond, a Host provides first-class service to our guests from the parking lot to the main auditorium. They open doors, greet and speak to guests, give directions to guests, seat each of our guests and their families, and provide escorts to all guests. For our re-opening Hosts will also distribute hand sanitizer and masks (if needed). They are one of the first people our guests see when they arrive at the church. Hosts are ready to welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
The purpose of the Facilities Team is to maintain the church grounds, repair or arrange for repair of all things inside and outside the building, and weekly cleaning which includes but is not limited to sanitizing the facility during and in between each of our church services. Facilities is made up of three teams, cleaning team, refresh/sanitize team.
The essence of risk management is preventing problems before they happen. By using the proper safety and risk management techniques, volunteers can help protect their ministry and keep it moving forward. If this sounds like you sign up today.
